Kubota Brabender Technologie, partner of SPS | Solids Process Solutions, introduces the Congrav OP-S, an innovative control interface that elevates user-friendliness to a new level. This new interface features a 7″ high-definition display with an improved viewing angle and a fully redesigned, intuitive user experience. With faster and more responsive touch operation, the OP-S is now more user-friendly than ever.
The hardware has been designed to be future-proof, and while the device’s dimensions have changed, existing cables remain fully compatible. A modified mounting template is available to facilitate seamless integration into existing systems.
As the successor to the Congrav OP1-S, the new OP-S works seamlessly with previous Congrav CM- and CB-series feeder controllers, including models such as the CM-E 3.0 and CB-E 3.0, starting from software version 5.12. To make the most of the OP-S’s features, Brabender recommends a (free) update to the latest software version.
The new Congrav OP-S supports the software program for gravimetric continuous feeding. Software for batch loss-in-weight feeders and weigh-belt feeders will be added soon.
The device is available in German and English; other European languages will follow shortly. The Congrav OP-S promises a revolution in operational convenience and flexibility for industrial applications.
