The ideal combination for high-quality masonry

Somewhat hidden behind the buildings on Industrieweg in Mijdrecht is one of the locations of Bouwmaterialenhandel De Bedijking. But many in the surrounding area know where to find this company, led by Izaak Hooning. It supplies materials for construction and finishing.

De Bedijking is characterized by its customer focus, excellent service, and competitive prices. In addition to supplying building materials, the company also supplies wet mortar/concrete from its own concrete plant.

Dry mortar is also supplied from construction site silos that De Bedijking rents out.

In 2024, KEMP delivered the first silos equipment with modern, low-maintenance WAM mortar mixers (Wetmix V05) and corresponding KEMP-produced control cabinets.

On Saturday, February 28th, six more complete sets are presented to Izaak Hooning.

Once again, the Wetmix, this time with single-phase control cabinets.

These cabinets are intended for the many construction projects at private homes where
three-phase power is usually not available. The single-phase control panels control the 4 kW mixers, including the water supply for these mixers.

Recently, KEMP has supplied over 100 control panels in various versions to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium:

  • Single-phase 230 volt input and 3-phase 400 volt output
  • Three-phase 400 volt input and 3-phase 400 volt output
  • Three-phase 400/230 volt input and 3-phase 400/230 volt output (widely used in Belgium)

The mixers under the silos can be powered by either 230 or 400 volts without any switching (plug and play).

The 3-phase cabinets are equipped with a rotating field detection relay, which switches the outgoing power supply in the correct direction. This ensures the mixers always rotate in the correct direction.

Combined with the low-maintenance Wetmix mixers, this is a powerful tool for satisfied users among De Bedijking’s customers.
