As per October 2024, TBMA has acquired the Danish company Eriksen Bulk Conveyor ApS (EBC ApS). Bringing the EBC rotary valves and adjacent components into the TBMA product range will create the ideal circumstances to further develop and market these customised bulk truck discharging solutions. The EBC supply program includes stand-alone rotary valves, as well as chassis mounted, mobile frame mounted and custom-made rotary feeding solutions.

Rotary valves and equipment for handling bulk products

TBMA has been manufacturing rotary valves and equipment for handling bulk products for more than 55 years. Among our solutions for the Value Added Logistics (VAL) sector are mobile, dust-proof rotary valve skids for either loading or unloading lined containers. Therefore, TBMA is the perfect company to continue the production and sales of the EBC products. Both companies also share the same values, including a high level of service towards their customers.

In Q4 2024, TBMA took over all aspects of the EBC activities. This includes delivery of new rotary valves, spare part sales and refurbishment of and repair work on existing equipment. The workshop and production in Denmark will be closed, and all activities moved to the TBMA location in Evergem, Belgium.
