Big-bags are increasingly used in the processing of raw materials. After big-bags are emptied, they are often folded. During folding, unnecessary dust is released. This dust emission is avoided by using a big-bag press container with an integrated compressed air-cleaned filter. Moreover, the space in the compactor is so large that the big-bag fits neatly into it without folding. The amount of waste is reduced to a minimum. At the end, the empty big-bags are packed dust-free in an endless film.
The screw can be easily taken out of the compactor for easy, friendly cleaning.
An optional integrated filter can accommodate a wide variety of powders (from very fine to very sticky). A secondary HEPA filter can be placed behind the filter. Whether mobile or not, the unit is equipped with its control/control box. A traditional bag compactor is typically used to compact empty big bags, but they often get stuck. Big bags are much stiffer than empty bags. However, the Poeth Big-Bag compactor is specially designed for big bags.
