Dinnissen, a system integrator specializing in process technology of powders, granules, and granulated products, announces the opening of a new regional hub: Dinnissen UK Ltd. In addition to its two locations in the Netherlands, one in Germany, and one in Jakarta, will this be the company’s fifth branch. The daily management of Dinnissen UK Ltd. will be handled by Mr. Dan Baxter, who has over thirty years of experience in process technology. Operations will be based at the renowned Alderley Park business park, near Manchester.
Dan Baxter will be responsible for customer relations in the UK and Ireland. With his proximity to customers and knowledge of the region, he can act fast on customer needs. Baxter states: ‘The focus is on serving our customers as effectively as possible. Having a local process expert who understands both the culture and the market allows us to serve customers better and more efficiently.’
Changes for UK customers
Dinnissen has been working with UK-based companies for many years. The key change is that customer contact will now be handled by a local expert, rather than from The Netherlands. This ensures familiarity with local culture, conditions, and regulations. Engineering and production of all components, machinery, and complete production lines will continue to be carried out in Sevenum, The Netherlands.
The complete systems will then be shipped to the UK, where Dinnissen UK will oversee further implementation. Wouter Kuijpers, operations director, explains, ‘At our company, we always make decisions with long-term considerations in mind. By operating locally, we can continue to meet our customers’ needs.’

Growth in quality
Dinnissen expanded internationally several years ago with a branch in Germany. More recently, the company opened Dinnissen Asia, a branch in Jakarta to better serve the Asian market. As of today, customers in the UK and Ireland can also rely on a regional contact.
‘However,’ Frans Bakker, technical & commercial director emphasizes, ‘Dinnissen is not only expanding for the sake of expansion. The new branches are being opened to continue meeting the local demands of the market. It is our strategic aim to both maintain the trust of our customers and enlarge our business footprint.’
