Complete process heat plants rarely reach the second-hand market in one piece. In Ospel, the Netherlands, a 2022 Binder wood-fired biomass installation is now offered via Troostwijk Auctions. Boilers, infeed, flue gas cleaning, and waterside are included.

Two Binder VRRK-1800-2300 vertical boilers deliver 5,000 kW nominal (2 × 2,500 kW) at fuel moisture up to 10% and 4,200 kW at up to 40%. Design values: maximum supply temperature 110 °C, 6 bar operating pressure. The fuel window covers wood chips, A-wood, prunings, and shreds up to W50/M50, ash up to A7.0, and fractions from P16/G30 to P100/G150.

• Toploader infeed with Dutch Spiral auger, 5,000 mm working width, 26.5 m length
• COIM Group multicyclone flue gas cleaner and galvanised cloth filter
• 30 kW flue gas fan with chimney and flue gas duct
• Reflex expansion unit (1,500 l), hot water buffer tank, pumps, piping, and heat exchanger
• Airpress APS 7.5 BASIC screw compressor (2015, 5.5 kW, 21,605 hours)
• Controls, safety devices, and supporting steel structures
