Promati B.V. searches Assistant Office Manager NL

For Promati Nederland in Breda we are looking for a polyvalent 4 / 5th or full-time employee. You should have several years of experience in administrative work and have a good command of Dutch and English.

You will be the first contact with customers, so a high standard of customer service is a must. You will receive price requests and orders and process them according to our standard business procedures, as well as answering emails and telephone calls.

You will keep the Office Manager informed about everyday activity in the Netherlands and support the Office Manager where necessary. Stock management and organizing deliveries are also part of your duties.
