Coperion Belgium is currently looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative to join our team in Niel. The main tasks will be the direct contact with the customers via phone/email, taking care of the aftersales and processing the orders.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Establish spare part quotations according to customer requests and ensure the accuracy regarding the chosen equipment, pricing and commercial terms
Interpret customer specifications, evaluate feasibility and risks and consult the service- & construction departments to elaborate suitable solutions for our customers
Order handling, input and follow-up of purchase orders in the dedicated IT systems
Quoting and order handling of the principle business in close cooperation with the Workshop manager
Establish and maintain customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job through direct contact with the customers
Review of contracts for acceptance and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Your Profile:
Professional experience in a similar position within an international company, ideally in a manufacturing company
Bachelor`s degree in commerce or engineering
Fluent in English and Dutch, knowledge of French or German language are a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP is an advantage
