cocoa intake Poeth Solids Processing has successfully commissioned a complete cocoa intake line for a capacity of 200 m3 / hour. The project aims to clean the cocoa just after it has been unloaded by the ship. The cocao must be stripped of product foreign parts such as dust, sand, stones, plastic etc. In general, the project includes:
– Z-Conveyor 200 3 / hour (completely made of durable Hardox)
– Drum cleaner
– Windsifters
– Dust Extraction 50,000 m3 / hour.
– Big-bag fillers – Screw transports
– Chain transport
– Bucket elevator
The installation is built according to the current requirements in the area of food safety. All plastic parts are e.g. provided with EC1935 / 2004 certificates. .
