In areas with an increased risk of explosions it is very important to use the right materials when designing a specific area. Electric motors and static materials can cause a certain voltage that can lead to an explosion. The all new Dynaco ATEX series is especially designed for area’s with an increased risk of explosions. These doors are suitable for areas with an ATEX classification in zone 1 and 2 for gasses and zone 21 and 22 for dust. In technical terms these doors are suitable for zone: Ex II 2GD IIC T4, IIIB 135°C and Ex II 3GD IIC T4, IIIB 135°C.

Design
When designing the new Dynaco ATEX series everything was taken into account. All metal parts are made of high quality stainless steel. All non-metallic parts are made of antistatic or electrical conductive materials. The combination of these materials makes that the Dynaco ATEX series will never create any static voltage when in use.

Certification
Before installation, every door will be checked and certified by Notified Body Apragaz. When the ATEX door will be installed, the customer will receive an official Declaration of Conformity with serial number. This will guarantee that the Dynaco ATEX door completely meets the ATEX standards.

Features
Due to the use of this materials, the Dynaco ATEX doors will still have the same benefits as a regular Dynaco door. A short cycle for opening and closing, a superior seal and a self-reinserting door leaf. These benefits makes the door very energy efficient while your internal process won’t delay.
