Continuous coaters / mixers Poeth Solids Processing just installed 8 pieces stainless steel 316L continuous coater lines. The coaters are ideally suited to add homogeneous liquid to fragile products. The walls are heated and insulated and may, if desired, thereby reaching a wall temperature of 70 C. The residence time and degree of filling are adjustable. The addition of fluid may be a part of the recipe, but it can also serve as a binder material in order to reduce dust in the final product. Depending on application can also be made a sanitary design. However, the coaters are also suitable as inline mixer for mixing of various powder or grain flow.
